so last night i popped my sisters tire while driving home. i don’t know how…must’ve driven over glass or something. (the hole is on the side of the tire).
how much would it be to replace or repair if even possible?

Hate to say this, but there is no repairing a side wall puncture to a tire. Any one who says they can is only out to make a fast buck. You should be able to find a good used tire at any local tire shop for $ 25-$ 40. Install and old tire disposal will run extra, like $ 20.
