Question by who me: My recent 2006 Honda civic repair?
This past August the belt tensioner pivot bolt broke on my 06 Civic, causing it to stall.
The pivot bolt, belt tensioner, water pump pulley and belt all needed to be replaced.
Since then, it seems as though the car doesn’t run as smoothly as it did before the repair.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Still under warranty, eh? Take it back and have them look at it again. It might have thrown something else out of whack. If they say everything’s fine and you are sure it isn’t, take it somewhere else. Mechanics don’t always get it right the first (or second) time.

My wife accidentally bashed the lower bumper against a concrete pavement while parking. There’s no cracks whatsovever. If this is made of fiberglass, is it possible to pull it off back into place?

It is actually made of ABS plastic.
Park it in the sun – get under the car with a long stick – prefer a metal spoon – long handle.
Push the dent out, and it will be as good as new.
Sitting it in the sun makes it a little more flexable
